order cancellation

Hi guys, Today I placed a limit order via atm strategy on ER2, while I sended the strategy I had a connection lost, so at the moment the broker said no active orders for my account, but I see the order placed from chart trader. I'm unable to delete it and when I try to do that I get a: orderxxxx can't be cancelled since it's elected for cancellation affected order. sell3 limit......Control center doesn't show any order/s but I'm still unable to remove from chart.

Hi Mauro,

Can you disconnect and reconnect, this should refresh your order state.
