Template for New Chart

Wish list item: When creating a new chart allow for the template to be selected instead of always using the default. I have two chart templates I primarily use. I know when I open the new chart which it needs to be. Currently I open then the chart and then load the other template.

I may be a small minority but thought I would throw in the request.

I'd like to second this request.

There is a lot of work that could be done in terms of chart usability.
In particular, support for saving different workspaces should be high priority,
chart windows should dock and tile together, etc.

I usually look at more than one chart at the same time, e.g., ES and FDAX and
ZN. I should be able to dock them to each other and move and manipulate as one.

Also, the mouse cursor when using the hair cross should adapt to the chart background used. I use a black background and when the chart window is not in focus, the cursor is black on black, and I can't find it.
In general, Ninjatrader testers seem to prefer white chart backgrounds. please test black chart backgrounds better.

- crosshair issue will be resolved by fall timeframe
- I added docking logic to out list
