My NT starts with global sim enabled.
My IB account has several positions that are not managed by NT.
Once I turn global sim off (enable trading), I can no longer re-enable it again.
I get a message that I have 'n' open positions, and can't enter into global simulation mode.
My view is that NT should not care about this, unless NT is managing an open position or order...
