Chart for Taiwan Index Futures

I have a problem in loading the chart of Taiwan Index Futures, the symbol in Future Souce is TW 7K-SGX=2, is it because the symbol style not the same as the usual ones, (e.g. FDAX : AX M7-DT) which causes problems for Ninja Trader to load the chart ?

My setting at Instrument Manager is :
ESignal : TW|SGX
External : STW
Interactive Brokers : STW

It likely will not work, since having '=' in the exchange extension could cause trouble. You could try something like
TW|SGX=2

I have tried that also, but still cannot.

Is it because the symbol is "TW 7K-SGX=2", which the month and year is "7K" but the usual one like the FDAX, it is "AX M7-DT", which the month and year is "M7".. IS the order of month and year causing the problem?

You are right. Expiry 7K is not supported right now. Sorry.
