View Full Version : Chart Data QM 12-09 ZenFIre not Updating Properly

Guys,
I can't seem to get correct data for the QM 12-09 contract with Zen Fire.
Background.......
This installation I did was a migration, after which I reset the DB for other problems I was having.
I tried changing session time to 24/7 and various other combos
I also did a "Reload Historical data"
Here is the screen which shows a gap in the data.........

I am not quite sure what I am looking at. What start/end time should be expected for the time zone you are in?

Josh,
I am in CT
There should be no gap in the 2 minute chart as the data is only going back to like 12;30 ET.
This not even showing the current day activity before 12:30 no matter what I do........

Yes same issue but slightly more bars load but still not all action.
This behaviour is different the NT 6.5 and is incorrect.......

Suggest you drop your database and all data and try again.

I did this and I still get the behavior.
What do you reccomend at this point, remeber I am trying to help you debug your program and am not complaining......

There are issues with QM on the NT7 data server which is likely why you are experiencing what you are... Try going to the Instrument Manager --> Go to QM, set the "Merge policy" to "DoNotMerge" and try and reload. This would be a workaround.
