I am having trouble charting CL historic data. I transferred over my CL data from 6.5 and could see it in the data editor. New chart was only giving me 1 day's worth of minute data, whatever I set the days to load at. I deleted all the data for the CL 12-09 instrument in the editor and the entry disappeared ok from the left menu. I then tried to open a new chart of CL 12-09 not connected to a data provider. It comes back with minute data for what looks like the roll over days for the past 4 months. At this point there is no entry for CL 12-09 in the editor. Should it not be fetching all the past data off your server of all contracts merged into CL 12-09 for the period requested?
-thanks

There is a known issue with CL at this time. Thanks for reporting.

Oh dear. There goes the potential opportunity of using this in the short term for trading CL with IB. They pull support for their version of the API that works tomorrow.

- Go to the Instrument Manager, select CL, change the mergy policy to "DoNotMerge"
- Restart
- This might do the trick
