View Full Version : NT7 is Hanging

I installed NT7 and it said it was successfull. When I tried to connect to DTNIQ it just hung in limbo.

In the log, it says i am connected. However, it is not highlighted in green in the lower left corner. In addition, NT7 will not allow me to disconnect either.

I reinstalled and same problem occured.

I have a trace file, but don't want to attach it because it contains my ID.

Where should I send this file for you to take a look?

You can direct the trace to support at ninjatrader com Attn Bertrand - which IQ client version are you running? Is this the latest from their site?

There likely is an issue with your DB. You could try a fresh setup by deleting your DB file <my documents>/NinjaTrader7/db/NinjaTrader.sdf

You were partly correct. I also had to delete the database files as well.
