See attached pic. This is from this afternoon with a Barchart datafeed. All of the charts are working fine.

Thanks, can you take a snapshot of this specific SuperDOM properties window (expand the window so all parameters can be seen) and post it?

I closed the DOM and restarted it. It loaded up fine but it never updates or moves. You can see where the current price is compared to the bid/ask levels.
The attached pic includes the properies window.

Thanks, additional questions:
- Can you confirm you are on 7.0.0.2 via Help About
- Can you open a Level II window (File > New) and select ES 12-09 --> Does this level II update or is it stale like the DOM

Yes is is version 7.0.0.2 (Live).
I opened a level II window and it shows the same data that was displayed in the last pic of the DOM. It was not updating at all either.
All of my charts and the Time & Sales windows work just fine.

- This then points to an issue with the data feed since both windows displayed the same static data
- Did the data update at some point through the day and then suddenly stop?
- Can you start NT, Help > Mail To Support, send me logs/traces, in subject include "For Ray" and reference this post.

Thanks, I received the files.
- Tomorrow, can you start with a fresh workspace
- Open a DOM and L2 window
- Let me know if the data is flowing for market depth
- Since you do see market depth data although stale --> I assume you have a market depth subscription ?

I started everything new today and I also called Barchart. They reset everything and made sure the market depth was on and everything seems to work fine with this connection now.
I will let you know if there are any further issues.
