DrawTextFixed Bug (minor)

DrawTextFixed("tag1TL", "LONG", TextPosition.TopRight, Color.Green, new Font("Arial", 18), Color.DarkBlue, Color.Lime, 10)

does not properly draw the background color behind the text and the bounding box around the text as seen in this screenshot
