View Full Version : Losing saved chart workspace

I have been having problems closing the latest version 6 chart workspace. NT hangs on close resulting in the chart workspace not being saved. I generally have not been closing the 2 connections that I maintain, IB and Open Tick. Advice please.

Are you closing with both connections open? If yes, can you try the following:

- Disconnect from IB. Does it hang here?
- Disconnect from OpenTick. Does it hang here?
- Shut down NT (assuming you completely disconnected), does it hang here?
