No data Feed from Patsystems

Hello,

After i connected to Patsystems from Ninja. I didn't get any data feed at all, i tried few markets all the charts, SUPER Dom, all not getting any data.

I called the data providers (Man Financial) and they check on their back end show that they are getting the data feed. They also want me to change the Price IP address which i did, but still no luck on getting any data.

Please Help.

- Are you requesting data for June contracts?
- Please check the log tab to see if there are any error messages relative to market data?
- Did it work earlier today or yesterday?
- Did you change anything with your NinjaTrader installation?

If all is the same then the likely issue is that Man's servers are having problems. If the issue persists in the morning, please let us know and we will have to connect into your account to determine where the source of the problem is.

I did get the data feed this morning, after that Chris at Ninja working with the Pats to add new markets. Then when i login again just now and is not getting any data. I have both Trading Zone and Log screen shot. If you like i can email it to you, so you can review.

Hello Tony,

Within the Log tab of the Control Center are you receiving any error messages?

If you would like I can connect to your Pats account and test the connection for you.
