continues future contracts

i have e signal and they support continues contracts but still when i set my instrument to 240 minutes interval and 2years back it only goes back to end of march????

Please set Expiry to ##-## upon adding the instrument to your instrument list.

Create a new chart and select the ##-## instrument and check if all requested histroical data is loaded in the chart.
