Secondary instrument access?

I didn't see any references on the forum or in the help text but maybe I am blind. It has happened before.

Can I reference another/different instrument indicator value from within a strategy?

Example: I have an ES chart where the strategy resides and want to reference a indicator value in the DJIA instrument.
