Hello eswap0,

Can you please tell me what happens when you try to submit a stop limit order; do you receive an error message?

A stop limit order is submitted using the middle mouse button in the SuperDOM. Instructions can be found at the link below.

SuperDOM

ChartTrader

What data feed provider are you connected to when you receive this error message?

Which instrument do you intend to trade?

The error indicates there is no real-time data being received and thus the order could not be submitted.

IB
HRP stocks
I was able to see the the quotation at SuperDOM and chart, although the market was not open already, so in any way I was getting the data, except orders won't be accepted.

Did you also receive 'Last price' data for the HRP stock when you submitted the order?

In addition, does the error persists if you submit the order via the Control Center-->Orders-tab?
