View Full Version : ATI - Performance Viewer - Templates

I have been passing orders today to Ninja via ATI.

The ATI order automatically invokes a pre-established ATM Template.

When I run trade statistics in the Performance Viewer and check only the Templates that I used for for the ATI trades, the report comes up empty.

Can Support shed some light on this?

Please check that you have not filtered it out to the incorrect account, dates, etc. Suggest you first try without any filtering at all.

It seems that if I disable even one (regardless of which one it is) of the Templates the report comes up empty.

I am leaving all other columns(Accounts | Instruments | Providers) completely checked.

Might it be something else?

Please confirm, does it work when all filtering is off?

When all filtering is off (all boxes are checked) the report generates correctly.

When all boxes are un-checked, a popup window is launched that says, "You need to select an account to generate statistics."

If I un-check some instruments the report works...this behavior only seems to arise with Templates.
