IB Historical Data Refresh Limits and Backup Feed

Do you have any information on what the refresh limits are for IB? Whatever they are, I run into them... I have subscribed to open tick for a backup although I still want to use IB as primary for refresh because of what appears to be Open tick variable data quality. When IB reaches limit on refresh will NT automatically rollover to backup data server or do I need to manually refresh historical data?

You will need to manually refresh by connecting to OpenTick and disconnecting from IB. I dont't recall what their refresh rates are but they are extremely conservative.
