I have two indicators I would like to write a simple automated system on in Stategy Wizard..can someone point in a direction to get this started please?

Please see the tutorials on using the Strategy Wizard. You should be able to select your indicators from the Condition Builder window and the Indicators category. http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/HelpGuideV6/helpguide.html?Overview34
