Hi
My NT6 does not respond. I logged off yesterday without closing some charts, so perhaps this is were the problem lies?
I cannot close charts nor control center. The only way out is to tell the application to stop via the Windows task manager.
Any help, please?

Hi,

thank you for your post.

Have you tried a reboot? Does it give you the same results?
Can you otherwise go to the windows control panel under add/remove programs and locate NinjaTrader. Then click Change--> Repair.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thank you .for your prompt reply.
I would not like to reboot just yet, as I am trading.
I have tried the repair stuff but it did not work. Control center and 54 charts (at least their icons) still appear in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

Gretrader,

I recommend to do a reboot first to see if that corrects the issue before looking at other options.

Rebooted and I have the same problem. Should I uninstall and install again?

Do you still 54 charts open? -> please try to close them (or most of them).

If you can't, then I suggest resetting the workspace by deleting <my documents>/NinjaTrader6/workspaces/default.xml.
