Here is the setup. NT is running but AT is set to "off". I start my trading program (esignal) and an OIF order is sent to NT. The OIF file is sitting there in the AT folder. Now I go back to NT and turn "on" AT. NT does not process the OIF file. NT does not delete the OIF file. NT does nothing with the OIF file. Kind of a strange setup but this has happend a couple of times.
