- I suppose you are on latest NT6R1. If not, then please update.
- are there any funny messages in the logs?
- worst case we would need to logon to your Patsystems account and see if we could reproduce the problem

I have installed the last version.
The file of log doesn't signal some type of error.
The problems always happen after a download historical data, both from Opentick or with file.txt exported by one friend of

Another problem is what has happened to me this morning, after a download historical data(exit ninja trader and re booting ninja trader) and connected to Patsystem I didn't receive the Dax future but all the other markets him. ????

What exactly is the problem?
- don't you get realtime data for particular instrument (like FDAX) or does NT freeze completely, meaning it no longer is responsive (e.g. you no longer can click on menu items)
- if the you don't get realtime data for particular instrument (e.g. FDAX) then
a) did you never get any data for this instrument OR
b) did you get data but now you no longer don't

if a): please contact your broker. He should enable you for this instrument
if b): is this problem reproducible? if so, how?

Unfortunately I have extreme difficulty to make me understand (I don't speak English but Italian ) to the moment I have resolved re-installed ninja.
The various understood futures are enable to the Dax!

Still!! this morning I am connected me to Patsystems and also freezes him making some reboot, is impossible to work under these conditions!!

a) as you start NT?
b) as you connect to Patsystems?
c) while you are connected to Patsystems?

It locks up when I connect to Pats, as you can Image I'm serously looking at a more stable connection, but I do not understand if this problem is due to pats, to my line, or other.

Any more suggestion?
