View Full Version : NT platform freezing up with Vista.

After I initiate or close a trade, my platform freezes up. When I try rebooting or reopening, it freezes and this is the error message that pops up.


Description:
A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

Has anyone else experienced problems with Vista? My comp specs are better than required and the NT software is not corrupted. Im beginning to think it is Vistas fault.

Windows Vista (32 bit version) is a supported OS and NinjaTrader should run well.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your log and trace files from today's date.
You will find the log file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Log > log.20090827.txt
You will find the trace file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace > trace.20090827.txt
