Commissions Reporting - Futures - Simulator

Dear Helpful Person,

I cannot seem to get commissions to report in my Simulator 101, no matter what!

The box is correctly checked in the Instrument editor to apply commission toPnL calculations. Thecommission per side will be $2.50/futures contract. I haveit set both under optionsand also under Instrument editor - at this point for the YM. Help please!

Make sure you set it in the Instrument Manager you have set values for the instrument you are trading for both the "Simulator" and the broker technology that you use.

Thanks for your help. We are using TradeStation. It seems that we also needed to complete "external" - my mentor told me.

However, perhaps you can tell me what to check in the instance where we purchase 3 contracts, and then exit at 2 or 3 different prices. How can we get the commission column to accurately reflect that instance?

I am not sure I follow. Commissions can be set pershare/contract and will reflect the total executions taken.
