Is this possible? My strategy running on panel 1(if that's correct to say), needs to draw a ray on an indicator on panel 2.

Ok, well how about-> can an indicator detect if the strategy is in a trade? Whether long or short?

Sorry no. An indicator has no notion of a (strategy) position.
