Have the following message in my log file:

Unable to play sound file 'Alert1': Not found on hard drive. Alert1.wav is in C:\program files\Ninja Trader 6\Sounds. Do you know what is looking for this file and where it is expecting to find it? Thanks.

Likely in inconcistency on your hard drive or with the NT installation. I suggest:
- running a harddrive scan/repair/cleanup
- uninstalling NT6 via control panel
- clear browser cache
- download and install NT again
