Addtional feeds

Scenario:

I have zen-fire but also have an addtional feed from e-signal for DJIA and SP500.

The ES market is open all the time but the e-signal feed only sends new data when the nyse market is open.

Question:

What values do I get if I retreive value [0] for the DJIA or SP500?

I am guessing I will get the last bar created. Ninja won't know or care the feed is not being updated and the bars are not current.

Second question: Would this also be true if the e-signal feed fails and stops updating?
