Pit Hand Signals

Hi,

Is there someone with either pit experience or knowledge of who confirm if pit orders could be placed as either Limit or Market or were they always Market only?

rt-trader, as far as I know both Limit and Market are supported for pit traded contracts, best would be to check each exchange / product for various differences in order types.
