I'm running NT 6.5.1000.11 Live on a XP Pro system. I'm having problems with Workspaces not loading. The control panel opens, I connect to Zen-Fire, however, workspaces hang... charts have a 1 min time frame and I've never set up a 1 minute chart. The chart is a blank chart; it has the titles of the indicators but it is a blank.
I only perform the Microsoft security updates and I'm very protective of my trading system.
An old workspace that I have not used in weeks opens without a problem.
Thank you for any suggestions or comments.

Hello,
Thank you for your note.
Can you try closing this chart and opening a NEW one?
Does the new chart load?

I can open a new chart and save it as a new workspace. I closed the new workspace and it opened up without a problem.
When I shutdown NT I close any open workspace, disconnect, and then exit NT.
When I have a workspace saved the way I want it, should I say no to save it when I exit as a normal routine?
Thank you for your help,

"When I have a workspace saved the way I want it, should I say no to save it when I exit as a normal routine?"
Yes, you can do this and it will revert to the way it was originally saved. By selecting "No," or "No to All," you make sure that any unexpected changes you made are NOT saved in your workspace.

I created a new workspace, save it. Charts and the DOM were updating as normal. Closed NT. On restart I experienced the same issue with the workspace not loading.
A couple of charts and the DOM loaded; two charts stuck on a blank 1 min chart with the pop-up message: please wait... saving.
I shut down NT, restarted, and the workspace loaded with all charts and DOMs working.
Something is still amiss... loading of workspaces seems hit or miss. Even after a clean boot of XP.
Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Try repairing your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.
Then restart NinjaTrader.

RJStein,
The repair Db worked; all of my workspaces are loading/closing without a problem.
Thanks for your help,
