How to transfer info to Excel

I want to transfer order information and position information from the command console to Excel in near real time. I see that you can export to excel, but I want to update excel as orders and positions come in.

Is it possible to use Ninja script to export the data to either excel or a file excel can read? Is that info stored such that I can access it via Excel VB?

Any pointers are welcomed
