Candle Stick time

For each bar on a candle stick chart it appears to reflect the time at which it will advance to the next bar. For example, you have a 30 min chart up and the actual time is 11:31 AM but the current bar will reflect 12:00 PM.

Is there any way to have the current bar reflect the "start or open" time rather than the "end or close" time?

Unfortunately it is not supported to change this.
