I noticed the following :

I use a 133T chart on ER2
I switched the chart to 5min
I switched back and the 133T was not the same anymore ! The candles changed !

How is this possible?
Could someone post me 133T chart of ER2 of today (between 9.30 - 10) ?

Hello T4M:

Please verify for me that when you switched back to the 133 tick chart that you did not inadvertantly create a 150 tick chart.

If you selected your value prior to re-selecting Tick in the Format Dataseries window, this may have defaulted tothe defaultvalue of 150. I re-produced on my pc and this is the only problem I could think of.

Attached is a screen shot of the chart you requested.

Lastly, I will be conducting a free NT charting webinar today at Noon EST. You may attend at the link below.

P.S. The time in the chart is different than yours because it is set to my local pc time, which is U.S. MST.

Hello T4M:

Attached is the screen shot from 9:30am-10am. For me, the time on the chart is between 7:30am and 8am, since I am US MST.

If your chart appears differently, please post a screen shot for my reference. Please include a databox for my reference.

Regards,

Ryan

I think it's because I use IB as datafeed. Are there any other datafeeds I could use?

Hi T4M:

Yes, this could be different depending on your datafeed. IB displays their data differently than other broker connections. My chart was built using the Zenfire datafeed.

For a list of our supporting broker/datafeed connections, please click on the link below:
