Changing Account Numbers Charttrader

Hi from Oklahoma

I cannot find the correct method to change the account on charttrader.

The account is pre-populated with an account and greyed out.

Any Suggestions?

Hello Lynn,

Please ensure your live license is entered at Help-->License Key.

Connect to your live connection.

Go to Control Center-->File and uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode'.

You will now be able to select your live account in all NinjaTrader order entry windows.
