I am getting the following error message related to NT when starting my computer:
RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DDL Relocation
The system DDL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The
relocation occurred because the DDL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an
address range reserved for Windows system DDLs. The vendor supplying the DDL should be
contacted for a new DDL.Can anyone help to solve this problem? Thanks!

You are in touch (via PM) with our support already no?
We don't really know what causes this. By the looks of it this could be an inconcistency of your Windos installation. I suggest:
- uninstall NT and the complete .NET runtime
- clear your browser cache
- download .NET runtime again and install
- install NT again and install
Do you have a chance to try on a differen computer of yours?

I have on my computer the following programs:
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB886903)
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Do I have to uninstall all three programs?
When reinstalling, do I reinstall all the above programs or just 2.0?
Thanks,
Arden

I had the same problem and message you describe on two machines here relating to two different software apps. It resulted from an automatic MS update.
I went to the support page of one of the applications and was then directed to a hotfix on a microsoft page - this cleared up the problem.
I haven't installed the MS update on the machines running NT, (though it is waiting in my task bar), so I don't know if it wil cause the asme problem with NT.
the link to the hotfix I used to fix my previous problem is here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/[/u] (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/)]

Nikco: Great. Thanks for reseatching and letting us know. Always fun with MS ...
Ardenb: You can leave .NET 1.1, since only .NET 2.0 is needed for NT6.
