Super DOM is not working with IQFeed

Hello.

When I connect NT to ZenFire datafeed, super DOM works fine. But when I connect NT to IQFeed, super DOM doesn't display any data.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thank you for your post.

You MUST have market depth enabled through DTN IQ in order for the SuperDOM to populate.

I encountered the same thing, however, it does work on a recorded session. What is the difference? The recorded session is of an IQFeed.

There's no different, if you see full market depth in the recorded session that means it must comes from an account with Level2 / Market depth info enabled. If you only see bid / ask / last populating, it would point to a Level 1 only account of IQFeed.

Thanks for the reply,
I know about the market depth, I used to have it and cancelled it in the subscription, so I used to see only 1 level.
But now I don’t see also the bid/ask, they disappeared in the price ladder,
for the static and dynamic DOM.

I only see the DOM active if I am playing a recorded session (with 1 level),
I don’t know what happened, since it used to work.
How can I fix this?

I would suggest going to Tools > Instrument Manager and removing the contact in question from the default list with the > button. Then readd it fresh from the middle master instrument list with the < button, then recheck the DOM ladder.

I just tried removeing the ES contract and adding it back and it did not help, non of the contract I am following have a working DOM.
It is strange because T&S works fine, and also the orders tab on the Control Center window shows the changing Bid/Ask in real time.

Any suggestions?

This is actually expected as the instrument will NOT work at all in the SuperDOM unless you are enabled for market depth.

Well it used to work with one level.
But when I play a recorded session I do the DOM with a single level.
That's why I asked what is the difference etween them, since when I am live and recording IQ Feed I done see the DOM.
When I reply the session the DOM is working.
