View Full Version : problem getting data on my chart

Hi,
I have spent 8 hours going through the steps to correct a problem with my NT platform. I had to remove NT etc. and reinstall etc.
I re-created my connections to my brokers, open a new chart and am not getting any data on my chart, even though I am seeing on the control center bid and ask data changing.

Can you give me any instructions to get data on my charts?
I am not getting any info on my future or forex charts even thought I am connected to my brokers.

Please let me know what operating system you are using, if it's a 32 or 64 bit version, and any other details that could be relevant in the note.

I had deleted all but one connection to another broker, so I deleted it and the others and then re-made the connections and that solved the problem.
