Native Error (-14) when loading futures data

I have an eSignal connection established in NT 6 Beta 10. When I try to load intraday or Tick data for futures symbols, I keep getting the following error message:

"Error on loading chart data: Native error (-14): You are not entitled for this service."

Is this an issue with my eSignal subscription or some way I have the connection configured?

This is eSignal related, means you are not entitled by them to receive data for the problem instruments.

This IS NOT eSignal related. I am able to view the effected symbol just fine within eSignal.

Has anyone figured out what the problem is?
