Chart not updating

I have a problem with some charts not updating.

This started this afternoon when I restarted NT 6.010

Seems to be related to a template that I've enclosed in the zip file attached.

Any chart that had this template does not update, others are fine, and if I load another template onto a 'stuck chart' .. its starts working.
