Seems like something gets corrupt? Is there something I can trash so I don't have to reboot when this happens?

Hello funk101:
Thank you for your note.
Please clarify what is being corrupt? Is it your data, the charts? Please explain so we can further assist.
Regards,
Ryan

NT Beta 6.x.x.9 AMP / Zen-Fire. Well it's 6:00pm in Fla. I'm working on a strategy, for whatever reason, NT crashes. All charts are ok, I lose my workspace though. I just noticed I can't even log on to the Simulation Feed orMarket Replay either. NT just freezes. I have to reboot. There are no processes to kill. So, it seems that the issue is between NT and whatever pipe to any connection. I've notced this before. When launching NT 6, after a crash, on the splash screen, when it got to "loading available connections", it would crash. I had to re-install to resolve.

When it crashes, is there a box that pops up that says NT has run into a problem. It would have a details button on the pop up window.
Or, does it just crash with no sight of the application?
Can you restart NT, send a mail to support via Help > Mail to Support and check the box that will include your database. Include "For Ray" in the subject.
Once that is done, please go to the following link and upgrade to Beta 10 that has just been released.

Also, are you running Vista by chance?

Yes, box pops up, and I've sent the requested stuff. Not running Vista. Using XP. Thanks.

I'm getting "failed to send" messages when trying to send you the files. I took down my firewall, just in case that might've been an issue. Error says "connection attempt failed cause the conn. party did not properly respond after a period of time..." hmm.

Thanks.
What would be of great value would be the next time you experience this crash, please take note of what you were doing right up to that point. Press the "Details" button on the pop up window and copy and paste the contents of this details text and email it to me
