Hi,
I frequently use a few different styles of rectangles, lines, eg. strong s/r, normal s/r, premarket low/high etc. and because they have different meanings to me I draw them in different color, width... I have to change properties of every object everytime I draw it. So I'd like to see possibility to make/edit my own styles of drawing tools. And when using shortcuts, eg. F2 for line, then first show popup menu with named styles, then pick one and then start drawing. See pictures attached.

Hello marada,

I will forward your suggestion to implement drawing object templates as described to our development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations for the software.

Thank you for your feedback.

I'd like to second this suggestion.
There is only so many blue lines one can distinguish on a chart.
And having to redefine 5 different colours every time is difficult. Sometimes there is
not one default, but many...
Templates would be really helpful in this scenario.

Also, consider Ensign, where you can define templates for the drawing tools and conveniently access the different templates through tabs.
Not sure if it jives with NT's overall GUIdelines, but it sure is a convenient way to fire off different templates with one click.

Thanks
