Distorted chart

Hi, I have attached a file which shows my problem with charttrader. It seems when I have a position , some large number appears in the chart which distorts the actual chart value.

Thank you for your post.

1.) Please restart NinjaTrader and see if the issue is corrected.

2.) If not, repair your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.

I did both and have the same problem.

By the way I don't have this issue with NQ or GC . Only with ES.

Can you please ensure the following:

1.) Make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.9. You can check under Help --> About.
If not, please download from this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/download_trading_software.htm

2.) Make sure you have the most up to date connection settings for your data provider from the connection guide: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_connectionguides.htm

If you are on the most recent versions, please go to Help --> Mail to Support within NinjaTrader. Put Attn: Ray Stein in the subject and reference this post. Also make sure your trace and log files are checked.
