MACD Input

Sorry about this basic question...What do we actually specify the "Input" in the MACD indicator code? And what is the best way to customize this "Input" in the MACD code?.....Can we replace all the "Inputs" with "typical" or any other custom price series? Do we have to do a 'find and replace' for the entire MACD code to make this change? Appreciate your help.

You can replace it with any DataSeries you want to use as the data points for the MACD with. If you wanted to use Typical prices you can use it there.
