I am currently running NT 6 Beta 8.

I am unable to open the software; I am getting an invalid user password error.

I know that there is a small window that is prompted when this message appears. This window contains 2 fields, one for username and one for password.

Unfortunately, this window is hidden behind the opening Ninja Trader splash screen, and this splash screen cannot be moved to allow access to the (2) fields of the window. (This should be corrected).

A bit more backround; I have Ninja Trader installed on (2) different computers. This problem is duplicated on both computers.

Yesterday, Friday,March 16, was the last time that I had the software opened. There were no problems.

So, the bottom line here is, how do I get my program opened?

There shouldn't be any requirement for asking for user/pwd as NT starts. We never observed this behaviour before nor had we ever any reports on that issue before.

-> we are left to speculations like:
- please make sure you installed NT6 as admin
- do you have a firewall or popup blocking software or something equivalent in place which prevents NT from successfull checking your license
- does it make any difference if you uninstall NT6 completely, manually remove folder <my documents>/NinjaTrader 6 and give it a fresh install
