View Full Version : Version 4.0.35 Error Message

I just installed Ver 4.0.35 and tried the performance manager and an error message comes up...if I hit continue it opens up ok, but when I go to be report function it returns another error message and produces a blank report. Is this a known issue?
I have attached an image of the perf manager error message.

Uninstall NT, reboot, re-install and see if the problem resolves itself.
I have NO idea how NT installs/uninstalls but have seen with other software that if you run a freeware like ccleaner, after re-booting, ccleaner may washout some residual crap that may have been left behind, allowing a 'clean' install to proceed.

I receive the same error message when I attempt to access the performance manager, so it is not an isolated problem.
