Have removed all Ninjatrader folders (except on My Documents) and reinstalled but it recurs in both minute and tick charts, which is all I tried.

Any solutions?

Hi Dwight,

Can you right click in the chart and select 'Format Data Series' and check what the 'Last date' property is. If it's not Today, please change it to today.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks Vince, but it was set to today and it still doesn't work.

Dwight,

Can you elaborate on what you mean by a bar never closes? Screen shot would be helpful.

The last bar changes price perpetually without moving on to the next bar. Here's a screen shot. Another problem I'm having is the price not updating at all until I click on format data series and reclick its OK button.

Are you connecting to the Simualted Data Feed?

No, I'm connecting to Zen-fire data.

Interestingly, if the chart creates one long last bar it updates price. After the rollover it created regular bars but they don't update, excect when choose format data series and click OK, which returns a current, but non-updating chart.

Now it quit updating when I OK the format data series. So I replaced the chart and it came back with a long last bar that is updating, but without creating any new bars, with the price just moving up and down itself.

I live in Pacific Time Zone, and my computer is set to central time 1:41 Tuesday, January 9, 2007 !!!!!!! (blush, how'd that happen) I've just reset it to March and everything works fine.

Thanks for the responsive support, which solved a several day long problem.
