View Full Version : New Pass in MB now I can't login to NT

Before this morning everything was working fine with my NT connection to MBtrading. However, MBtrading periodically forces you to change your password. So I changed the password for both MBtrading and in the NT account management. However, when I try to login to NT my account doesn't connect properly and there is no feed. Although weirdly I can see my account balance. Any suggestions?

Let's try this...

1. Re-create your account connection for MB Trading. Instructions can be found here:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/web/trading_software_support_MBTrading.htm

2. Shutdown NT and restart the software.

3. Attempt to connect.

Let me know if this works. Also, have you tested to see if your username and password work directly in MBT Navigator?

Thanks for getting back to me.

I've tried re-connecting my account connection in NinjaTrader as per your instructions, however, this did not work.

Yes, the first thing I did was check to see that I could login directly to MB.

Any other thoughts?
