gg80108,

Do you have any more background information you can provide in regards to this? Thank you.

Was just reseting sim account ,, just hit the ok button.. added a screen shot to the original post.. so you dont belive the "File sharing lock count exceeded. Increase MaxLocksPerFile registry entry" that the trace shows?

gg80108,

I did not say anything about believe or not believe. I am just trying to understand what was happening before this error occurred. Did you by chance manage to have two instances of NinjaTrader running when this occurred? Is this reproducible for you now? If so, can you provide the steps? Also, please ensure you are on NT6.5.1000.9. Thank you.

Nope on one Ninja running,, happens every time I try to reset the sim account.. You know I upgraded Ninja the other day and both my Ninjas have been hosed every since with db problems after running for months trouble free.. The picture says it all Simulator tab, Reset button, OK,, then comes back after about 3 seconds with the error

gg80108,

Please try a Repair DB and see if that helps. Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB.

There have been many emails outside of here.. Is the final recommendation .. to deinstall and reinstall Ninja?
