Strange problem with Pats connection

I have a demo account with my broker and a Pats connection successfully established with NJ , I have Eurex and eminis enabled , the problem is that I can see in NJ all the futures (ER2, ES , FESX, FGBL) nicely but can't see the dax future (FDAX) or better I can't see it sometimes .... when it works ... it plots ok ... but sometimes all I can get is a n\a for the symbol.
I'm sure the broker is sending out the data because I can see them in my real trading account Patsystem platform.
This is puzzling because the problem is not present constantly ... any idea about the probable reason(s)?

If you continue to experience a loss of data for the FDAX contract only, please check your log tab to see if there are any errors. The log tab can be accessed from within the Control Center. Please report these errors to us so we may further proceed with your inquiry.
