I am using replay. The trades are showing on the chart. When I go to Control Panel, Orders the trades show up there.

The problem is: I use Account Performance to track my progress on a strategy. The orders are not showing up under the execution tab or the trade tab. This started last night. When it did went to tools options and repaired the database. I thought it was fixed. This morning it is doing it
again.

What do I do now?

Hello,

Does it fix itself when you repair the database again?

It seems to so far, but it is a bit disturbing.

Hello,

If you can reproduce the db corruption, please provide the exact steps to reproduce it and I will notify my development team.

If you can reproduce it, please send us an email with your log and trace files via Help>Mail to Support and include a link to this thread for our reference.

It just did it again.

I practice by going back to prior days data and using replay to manually do the trades. I went back to 3/6/9. I used YM 03-09. I started my first trade at 11:06. The last recorded one was at 11:24. I made several trades after that. I normally go back to the Account Performance section to check performance. The last two trades after 11:24 were not in the
order or trade tabs under Account Performance.

The orders do show up in the main ORDERS tab. They show up in the Log.

They are not showing up under Account Performance.

I can't get a connected on NT's end to send the log files. I will do it first thing Monday.

I downloaded the new version of NT. It is still doing it.

It is still doing it. What do I do next. I get no response from the log file that I sent to NT other than to observe it with the new NT download that I did yesterday.

I repaired the db again, but it does not fix it.

Anyone there?

rtj4201,

Please provide exact reproducible steps. Start from a clean database up to the point where you feel it does not show up.

At the request of NT, I did a backup of the database and then uninstalled NT. It seems to have fixed the issues I was talking about, but now I have some new ones.

After I restored the database, the workspaces and charts were there but none of the indicators were there. Also, the stock chart bars are not updating unless I reload the historical data?

Not sure I follow exactly. What indicators were not where? Any custom indicators you may have had would have to have been backed up along with your backup otherwise they will not be installed.

Since you restored a workspace or chart it may not be updating because of that. Please try closing all your charts and open a new one. It should automatically update without the need of Reload Historical Data.

I backed up everything that the program would allow me to backup.

All of my indicators were removed from charts in the workspaces.

I started and restarted the program. After about 4 tries it finally started
updating the charts.

Strange. Next time can you instead of restarting the software, exit and reboot your machine, then see if it comes up the first time.

The trades on the replay feature are not recording in the account performance section again. This time it did 9 entrys and 9 sells before it stopped recording trades. In the past it stopped at 8 entry/exits.

Any suggestions?

Since I have not gotten much help with this, I went back to the video help series. I watched the video. It said to do some things that I was
not doing. Also, the video appears to be out of date with the current
NT version.

It states that you have to start with a new chart. You are not supposed
to start with an existing workgroup chart. When I did that, it appears to
work.

You might want to update the video series. They are not up to date with
the current version.
