Chart not updating

I've looked at http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/vb/showthread.php?t=3725

When I go to file -> new -> chart the chart that comes up only shows thru yesterday's date. Not only is the chart not updating, it doesn't show any data from today.

Any ideas?

I just tried aapl and it works fine. Something is wrong with qqqq.

I figured it out through some trial and error.

This seems to only affect instruments added manually. I'm using TDAmeritrade and added QQQQ. On the second tab where you map the symbol to the broker or source I mistakenly put qqqq (lowercase). This works fine for backtesting but not for live data. It must be all uppercase.

Changing qqqq to QQQQ fixed my problem.
