Is there a way to move the stop using the Stop Strategies to 2 tics below break even when profit reaches 5 tics?

Sure.

Use Step 1 in Auto Trail.

Set the Profit Trigger to 5 ticks, set the stop loss value to 7 ticks (which will move the stop 2 ticks below BE) and if you only want this adjustment to happen once, set the Frequency to a high value like 100 or something. That way, NT will only move this stop as you expect.
