NT 6.5 & MB Trading Problems - Help Someone

I'm new with NT and have been trying to do a simple install with my MB Trading account.

NT opens properly and when I connect to MBT it also opens properly.

The issue is that there in no in-coming communications with my NT Charts and DOM.

MBT technical ran through their system and it showed I was properly connected and that data should be there......they told me to contact NT support.....

Can anyone help me please?

What instrument are you attempting to plot?

What kind of chart are you building? Nothing particular.....I just go to NEW - CHART and use the Default to bring up a new chart and DOM.


What instrument are you attempting to plot? The Default is ES 03-09


Are there any errors in your log tab?[/quote] The only thing that does not load is the "Automated Trading Disabled"

I have my MBT connection setup as "Live"......I tried "Demo" and it didn't work either.

Please add the ES to your default instrument using the instructions provided on the following link:

After doing this please Go to File --> New --> Chart --> Select <Default> in the Type drop down --> Select the instrument you've just added --> Select 1 minute in the "interval settings" option and click (OK).
